Delivery Terms: Delivery for subscriptions are accepted if the following criteria are met:
- The Customer’s delivery location falls within the permitted delivery zone of the nearest Thenga Peera outlet
- Meal deliveries will be attempted between 11am and 2pm
- Unavailability of customer / customer’s representative at the time of delivery may lead to a skipped delivery with no provision for refund / replacement.
- Customers may be contacted via the provided phone number at the time of delivery. Multiple call attempts without a successful connection may lead to a skipped delivery with no provision for refund / replacement.
- The Company holds the right to reject delivery to any particular location without giving any reason whatsoever.
- The Company holds the right to reject address change requests for an ongoing subscription without giving any reason whatsoever.
- The Company does not delivery on Weekends. All our meal plans are for Weekdays (Mon-Fri) only.
- The Company shall use its best efforts to meet the estimated delivery time and at times the estimated delivery time may also be conveyed by the Company, however, it does not guarantee these delivery timelines in every case. Company shall not have any liability to customer if the customer’s order fails to meet in whole or in part such estimated delivery time.
What happens if the order arrives damaged?
If you believe you received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging was tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Please also email us at support@thengapeera.com. After verification of your request, we will be granting an additional meal day to your plan to compensate for the order.
