Cancellation & Refunds

Your subscription can be modified / cancelled in accordance with the following terms:

  • You can cancel / modify your upcoming deliveries on or before 8pm of the previous day.
  • Cancellation after 8pm for the next days delivery is not permitted.
  • In case of non-acceptance / unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery, refund or replacement will not be provided.
  • If you have received any items which are not as per your chosen meal, let us know immediately before consumption of the meal. Liability of the Company in such cases will be limited to offering a replacement order / additional meal day to the customer.
  • Cancellation for your subscription is not permitted after the first delivery has been done.
  • In case of the Company’s inability to delivery an order due to any reason, you will be credited an equivalent number of meal days to your existing subscription.
  • The Company may cancel your order in case our systems detect an operational hindrance with your delivery address / location. In such cases, you will be entitled to a 100% refund back to your original payment method.
  • The Company may in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery like heavy traffic or bad weather condition or during festivals like Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, Diwali and Navratri, etc., or in instances of political rallies, processions etc. may cancel your meal delivery without prior notice.

Refunds

  • All orders once placed are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are permitted only for those subscription orders which are non-deliverable due to accessibility restrictions. Refunds for such cases will be processed back to the original payment method in 4-7 working days.
  • No refund will be issued for cases where subscription has been started (first delivery done).
